The history of creating restaurants begins with the Chinese Empire, where they appeared in the form in which they exist today. The first known restaurant was opened by a Parisian named Boulanger. In Russia, “restaurants” began to open in the first half of the XIX century exclusively at hotels. The first institution of the elite class, not at the hotel, is the restaurant “Slavianski Bazaar”, opened at the end of the XIX century.
