The right to visit the art gallery free of charge is the following categories of citizens (upon presentation of the relevant documents – birth certificates, passports, certificates, certificates):

– participants in the Second World War and armed conflicts, “Chernobyl victims”, blockade men;

– pensioners – on the Day of the Elderly, Victory Day;

– members of large families under the age of 18 years – on the first Wednesday of each month with their parents (upon presenting a certificate from the social protection body);

– all categories of visitors – on the opening days of exhibitions, City Day, International Museum Day, Night of Arts.
